Sports Jobs in Charlotte

Working in sports in Charlotte

There are 47 open sports jobs in Charlotte across 6 organizations.

Charlotte is the smallest market on our city list and routinely out-posts cities twice its size. The reason is structural: Tepper Sports & Entertainment runs the Panthers, Charlotte FC, and Bank of America Stadium as one organization, hiring across two teams and a full events calendar from a single careers portal, while the Hornets do the same at Spectrum Center.

Charlotte FC is worth a specific look for anyone starting out. The club has drawn some of the biggest crowds in MLS since launching, and growing soccer operations - academy, matchday, community - keep creating roles that did not exist here five years ago.

The market's quieter advantage is the broader sports economy around it: the region is the heart of American motorsports and a growing banking-city events scene, so operations and hospitality experience moves easily between employers. Apply directly through each organization's careers page.
