Sports Jobs in Boston

Working in sports in Boston

There are 93 open sports jobs in Boston across 6 organizations.

Boston's four franchises are among the most valuable in their leagues, and two employers dominate the posting volume: Fenway Sports Group, whose Red Sox operation runs Fenway Park as a year-round concert and events venue, and the Kraft organization in Foxborough, which hires across the Patriots, the Revolution, and Gillette Stadium under one roof.

The market's ace is DraftKings. Its headquarters in the city makes Boston one of the only places where you can build a sports career at tech-company pay without leaving town - engineering, trading, analytics, and marketing roles that hire in volume and often pay above what any team in the market offers.

One practical note: Foxborough is a 45-minute drive from the city with no real transit option, so know which employer you are actually applying to. The TD Garden side (Celtics and Bruins) and Fenway are transit-friendly; the Kraft campus is not. Apply directly through each organization's careers page.
