THE OPPORTUNITY
The Houston Texans are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support the Club's Executive Council, including the Chief Revenue Officer, SVP & Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer, EVP & Chief Administrative Officer/General Counsel, SVP & Chief Venue Officer, and SVP & Chief Marketing Officer. This role serves as a trusted partner to executive leadership, ensuring seamless coordination of priorities, communications, meetings, travel, and special projects in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

BASIC FUNCTION
Provide comprehensive executive-level administrative support to Executive Council members while ensuring efficient coordination of schedules, meetings, communications, travel logistics, and special projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Manage complex calendars, scheduling priorities, and meeting logistics for Executive Council members.
•    Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodations, and related logistics.
•    Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, expense reports, and meeting materials.
•    Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
•    Coordinate and support executive meetings, events, and special projects.
•    Coordinate executive logistics and support for Club events, NFL meetings, gamedays, and other organizational functions as needed.
•    Maintain organized records and documentation while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
•    Handle confidential and proprietary information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
•    Partner with executive support staff and the Chairman’s Office to ensure seamless coordination across leadership teams.
•    Assist Club and Club staff in a professional manner on all Texans gamedays, LSSE Events, LOVB Volleyball Houston events and duties within the Business operations offices. 
•    Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Executive Council.

QUALIFICATIONS — EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
•    High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
•    Minimum five (5) years of executive assistant experience supporting senior leadership.
•    Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously preferred.
•    Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
•    Ability to anticipate executive needs, exercise sound judgment, and proactively solve problems.
•    Strong stakeholder-management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally.
•    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, competing deadlines, and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
•    Ability to work independently while supporting a highly collaborative executive team.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•    Availability to work evenings, weekends, and select holidays to support Club events and executive leadership needs.

TRAVEL & WORK ENVIRONMENT

•    Travel: Occasional local and domestic travel as required for client meetings and company events and games / matches.
•    Work environment: This position requires routine face-to-face interaction with Club personnel and must be performed in the Club offices (non-telecommuting). Work is primarily sedentary (lifting up to 20 lbs) in an office setting, with regular gameday and event presence requiring standing/walking for extended periods and availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by the event calendar.
