Summary:
The Director, Luxury & Suite Sales will lead a team responsible for driving new business and generating Suite, Club, and other Hospitality seating revenue for the Formula 1 Hard Rock Miami Grand Prix. This individual will develop and execute strategic sales initiatives designed to acquire new clients while maximizing revenue opportunities across suites, clubs, and other hospitality products. The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales leader with a passion for developing talent, creating new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional client experiences that drive long-term growth.
Hard Rock Stadium offers the industry's premier luxury seating experiences, setting the standard for live entertainment. As a global entertainment destination, Hard Rock Stadium hosts world-class events year-round, including the Formula 1 Hard Rock Miami Grand Prix, Miami Dolphins, Miami Open, 2026 FIFA World Cup, University of Miami football, the Orange Bowl, concerts, and international soccer.

- This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.
Responsibilities:
Revenue Strategy & Business Planning
- Develop and execute annual and multi-year revenue growth strategies across all suite, club, and hospitality product lines
- Support the planning and development of sales strategy for clients at the F1 Hard Rock Miami Grand Prix
- Partner with sales leadership to identify market opportunities, inventory management plans, and product enhancements that maximize revenue and profitability
- Provide regular revenue forecasts, pipeline analysis, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive accountability and business performance
Sales Leadership & Revenue Accountability
- Responsible for achieving revenue goals across all Account Executives on the Luxury & Hospitality Sales team
- Set expectations and maintain accountability for individual and team revenue performance, KPIs, and organizational values
- Lead weekly sales initiatives, team meetings, pipeline reviews, and training sessions
- Drive a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across the sales organization
Talent Development & Organizational Leadership
- Hire, develop, evaluate, coach, and lead a team of Account Executives
- Work with sales leadership to determine appropriate staffing levels and maintain sufficient bench strength
- Create and execute leadership development and succession planning initiatives
- Conduct ongoing performance management, coaching, and career development planning
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and results-oriented sales culture
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work alongside the Marketing and CRM teams to create, implement, and report on outbound campaign strategies
- Serve as a key stakeholder in organizational planning and strategic initiatives related to club, suite, and hospitality products
Client & Product Strategy
- Collaborate with leadership to develop hospitality product offerings, packaging strategies, and premium experiences that drive revenue growth
- Ensure customer insights and market feedback are incorporated into product and sales strategy decisions
Analytics, Process & Technology
- Utilize CRM reporting, sales analytics, and market intelligence to evaluate performance and guide decision making
- Lead the adoption and optimization of sales technology, CRM systems, AI tools, and process automation
- Establish and refine sales processes, best practices, and operating procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Evaluate ROI of sales initiatives and recommend process improvements that support long-term growth
Financial & Operational Management
- Assist in developing departmental budgets, staffing plans, incentive structures, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor performance against budget and forecast expectations
- Ensure operational discipline and effective execution of all sales initiatives and campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years of sales management experience in the sport or entertainment industry required
- Track record of exceeding sales and service renewal goals
- Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively influence and communicate with C-Level executives
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays as required by schedule of events
- Experience or working knowledge of Ticketmaster Archtics ticketing platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM preferred
- Candidate should be results-oriented, professional, and intrinsically motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English required; Spanish proficiency preferred
