Summary:

The Clubhouse Attendant is responsible for hosting and assisting the Home or Visiting team at State Farm Stadium. This position requires a commitment to work all preseason, regular season, and playoff home games (nights, holidays, weekends, and weekdays included). Gameday shift start times can be up to 5-6 hours prior to game start and may last a total of 10-12 hours. In addition, our Clubhouse Attendants must commit to working the day prior to all home games to support team move-in activities.

Primary Job Duties:

The Clubhouse Attendant will have the daily responsibilities, without limitation, to include the following:

• Prepping the Home or Visiting team locker room prior to arrival (usually the day prior to a home game)
• Setting the Home or Visiting team locker room according to their requirements
• Assisting the Home or Visiting team with requests that may include the following:
• Moving of sideline equipment from locker room to sideline
• Filling coolers and refrigerators
• Catching, throwing, and gathering footballs
• Placing, sorting, and gathering of towels
• Packing of player bags post-game
• Pushing trunks and hampers to the moving trucks
• Gathering of dirty towels and returning them to the home locker room
• Distributing water on sideline
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma, or equivalent experience
• Experience: Previous work experience in Equipment operations preferred     
• Establish an understanding of the NFL game rules as it applies to officials, game day timing, equipment needs, etc.
• Professional communication skills with colleagues from various departments across the organization.
• Highly motivated and a self-starter who provides a best-in-class experience for NFL.

• Proven ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and sensitivity working around professional athletes in their work environment and confidential information.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must be able to stand and/or exert well-paced mobility for periods for 10-12 hours in length.
• Commitment to work all preseason, regular season, and playoff home games (nights, holidays, weekends, and weekdays included) shift start times 5-6 hours prior to game start. In addition, our Clubhouse Attendants must commit to working the day prior to all home games to support team move in activities.
• Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.
