The Associate, Social Impact, supports the execution of key league-wide Social Responsibility initiatives and cause campaigns, working closely with internal teams, clubs, and external partners. This role manages day-to-day operations including grant partner communications, shared inboxes, contract and invoice tracking, and presentation development for senior leadership. The position also plays a critical role in organizing and analyzing social impact activities, supporting reporting, and identifying opportunities to amplify partner work across league platforms. The position supports the broader efforts of the NFL Social Responsibility department and the NFL Foundation.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of league-wide cause campaigns including, Inspire Change, Crucial Catch, My Cause My Cleats, Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year and NFL Green.
  • Implement NFL’s work to prevent domestic violence and sexual assault (DV/SA) and support for the LGBTQ+ community. Attend partner meetings, gather information from teams, and execute deliverables.
  • Manage shared Social Responsibility inboxes as needed, including social justice and social responsibility inboxes. Respond to inquiries, coordinate follow-ups, and conduct regular status check-ins on outstanding items
  • Day-to-day communication with NFL’s 30+ Inspire Change grant partners, including collecting and periodically summarizing quarterly grant summaries
  • Conduct regular social media audit of grant partners and recommend select posts for NFL amplification
  • Manage contract system and invoices for social responsibility initiatives
  • Deck building and information consolidation for senior leaders to present to owners/partners on social impact issues supported by the NFL
  • Tracking and compiling all social justice activities - clubs, players, league, grant partners, monetary donations, community involvement, etc. for internal and external reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • BA or BS required.
  • 3+ years in related fields, including philanthropy, CSR, community relations, nonprofit management, etc.

Salary / Pay Range

The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.

  • Potential travel as needed to NFL tentpole events and local partner site visits
