Videographer/Editor

We are seeking a highly creative and talented Videographer/Editor to join our Silver & Black Productions team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality video footage and crafting visually compelling and engaging video content that aligns with the Raiders vision and marketing strategies.

Essential Job Functions 

• Capture high-quality video footage for various projects, including promotional content, events, and interviews.
• Edit video content using industry-standard software to produce engaging and polished final products.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts that align with brand guidelines and storytelling objectives.
• Organize and maintain video assets, including raw footage, project files, and final edits.
• Ensure proper lighting, audio, and camera settings for optimal video quality.
• Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects as needed to enhance video content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high production standards.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging video production techniques.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to cameras, audio equipment, and editing software.
• Perform other media-related tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
• Experience operating professional video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Strong storytelling and creative skills to produce compelling video content.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with social media video formats and trends is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to):

• Sitting for long periods of time throughout shift 
• Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25lbs
• Occasional walking, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
