Job description

Position Overview:

The Manager, Sales Operations, will be responsible for creating and executing efficient processes and communication between our Sales, Service, and Activations teams and internal and external departments. This position will collaborate with revenue generating departments for day-to-day operational needs, track and report asset fulfillment, and assist in new and on-going revenue generating programs. This position will also be expected to have a firm understanding of stadium operations and event day procedures.


Essential Job Functions 

  • Identify areas for improvement relative to partnership activation tracking and make recommendations to streamline those processes.
  • Manage the organization, tracking, fulfillment, and internal communication of partnership assets, including, but not limited to, email, print, digital signage, web, social media, events, and radio and TV assets.
  • Execute digital signage fulfillment by managing partnership content ingestion, technical specifications, testing, scheduling, and gameday execution.
  • Partner with Stadium Production Technology to ensure accuracy and hold stakeholders accountable, while maintaining availability for real-time issue resolution.
  • Oversee integration and usage of Daktronics software to maximize assets on Stadium Mesh and Marquee.
  • Manage and hold Corporate Partnerships accountable for inventory accuracy, availability, and notes in KORE and Salesforce.
  • Supervise gameday processes for on-site photographers, managing assignments, communication, and partnership priorities while aligning execution with Photography Department leadership.
  • Serve as a liaison with Silver & Black Hospitality to ensure timely, accurate updates to the Allegiant Stadium website, concessions tracking, and mobile wallet operations.
  • Collaborate with Creative Development to maximize efficiency of sales collateral including sales decks, websites, and printed material.
  • Understand premium sales processes for suites, loge seats, and general ticketing operations.
  • All other duties as assigned related to partnership activations, premium sales and other revenue generating programs.


Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience in stadium, arena, or major event center operations required. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a successful track record of team leadership.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills necessary to thrive in a fast-paced environment while responding quickly and effectively under changing priorities.
  • Strong presentation skills and the demonstrated ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
  • A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency.
  • Confidence, humility, and patience.
  • Ability to work extended hours and flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.


Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to):

  • Sitting for long periods of time throughout shift 
  • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
  • Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
