The part-time Ticketing Representative reports to the Manager, Ticketing and has responsibilities over all aspects of ticketing, including but not limited to support in the following areas:
● Ticketing related to 49ers games and Levi’s Stadium events
● Invoicing and collection support
● Ticket fulfillment
● Customer service
Responsibilities and Duties:
● Provides in-person and telephone customer service for tickets, seating, and schedule inquiries.
● Handles incoming inquiries on 49ers and Levi’s Stadium events tickets.
● Assists in fulfilling general requests for ticket information, schedules, and various account service matters.
● Utilizes ticketing database, Archtics, and maintain and complete accurate records through our CRM solution, MS Dynamics, to support necessary ticket sales, service, and operations.
● Assists in selling and payment processing for tickets and parking.
● Builds relationships to provide repeat business and excellent customer service.
● Helps fulfill ticket packages for customers, as necessary.
● Assists season ticket holders requiring accessible seating on game or event days.
● Maintains accurate and balanced window ticket sales and workstation banks for necessary reconciliation.
● Performs box office and will-call duties, including at remote service locations, for 49ers gameday and Levi’s Stadium events.
● Other duties as assigned.
Required Abilities and Skills:
● Ability to communicate with and listen to diverse populations.
● Must be able to maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling difficult situations.
● Work cooperatively with all team members across all departments.
● Ability to react appropriately in emergency and high-stress situations.
● Must maintain at least 80% attendance at all major ticketed events.
Education and Experience:
● High school degree or equivalent.
● TM/Archtics experience, a plus.

The employee will be sitting in an indoor/outdoor facility the majority of the time and may be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.

The employee is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, and walk. The employee is occasionally required lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
This position requires the ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays.

Compensation:
$18.50/hr
