Position Summary:
The Ticket Operations Associate is a customer-service minded individual who provides operational support to Dallas Mavericks fans on game day. They are committed to providing outstanding customer service while working in a high-energy box office that requires adaptability and the ability to think analytically.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by swiftly resolving ticket inquiries and issues in the box office.
- Support ticket sales as needed.
- In the box office, handle fan requests regarding seat upgrades (when available), perform ADA relocations as needed, and assist guests by providing information/answering questions.
- Assist guests with accessing their mobile tickets, troubleshooting issues with tickets purchased through the secondary market, and occasionally handling season ticket member payments.
- Possess a knowledge of a ticket’s history/chain of custody and demonstrate the ability to solve issues by reviewing the ticket activity, transfers offered, transfers accepted, tickets resold, scan history, etc.
- Must be able to assist guests with mobile phone/app maneuverability using the Ticketmaster app and/or Dallas Mavericks Official App.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of box office experience.
- A High School Diploma or its equivalency.
- Experience using Ticketmaster platforms with a focus on Archtics and Account Manager.
- Knowledge of TM One sales preferred.
- Proven focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Flexible and personable team player with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent oral communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work games, which include nights, weekends and holidays.
