STADIUM EXPERIENCES SEASONAL INTERN
Summary of Position
The Stadium Experiences intern supports the delivery of exceptional fans, guests, and visitor experiences throughout the stadium, museum, and special event spaces. This role provides hands-on experience in guest services, tourism, event execution, and facility operations. This position will work closely with multiple departments to ensure our guests receive memorable, seamless, and welcoming experience during our tours and museum experiences.
This internship is ideal for students pursuing careers in tourism, hospitality, sports management, event management or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage inbound inquiries, bookings, re-booking, and cancellations, converting leads to confirmed sales.
· Generate and track invoices and payment to ensure timely revenue collection.
· Oversee and maintain the booking system to support efficient sale and guest interactions.
· Build new relationships with schools, travel agencies, corporate groups, and community organizations to expand sales opportunities.
· Help coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
· Conduct tours of Acrisure Stadium and the Steelers Hall of Honor Museum as needed.
· Assist in training and guiding part-time staff to ensure seamless guest experience.
· Research new offerings and interactive experiences to drive visitor engagement.
