The Las Vegas Raiders are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to serve as Ball Boys during Raiders home games at Allegiant Stadium. This role is essential in supporting the game day operations team, coaches, players, and officials by ensuring the efficient handling of footballs and contributing to a smooth on-field experience.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of football rules, flow of play, and game operations.
• Ability to stay attentive and react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to all assigned home game dates.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and handle football equipment as needed.
• Prior football playing, coaching, or equipment experience preferred but not required.
