The Miami Marlins are seeking a dependable, service-minded Clubhouse Attendant to help create a welcoming, organized, and professional environment for our players, coaches, and staff. Working alongside the Head Home Clubhouse Manager, this teammate will support daily clubhouse operations and deliver attentive, hospitality-driven service that allows team personnel to focus on preparation and performance.

The ideal candidate takes pride in the details, anticipates others’ needs, communicates effectively, and approaches each responsibility with care and a positive attitude. This individual should be comfortable taking ownership of assigned areas and responsibilities, identifying needs before they become problems, and maintaining high standards without requiring constant direction.

From preparing lockers and equipment to supporting laundry, inventory, organization, and overall clubhouse readiness, this position plays an important role in the team’s daily experience.
This position is primarily based in Miami during the regular season and will also be expected to support Major League Spring Training operations at the Marlins’ complex in Jupiter, Florida. Flexibility with nights, weekends, holidays, extended hours, and changing baseball schedules is required.

Responsibilities
  • Support daily clubhouse setup, organization, maintenance, and operations, ensuring a clean, comfortable, organized, and professional environment.
  • Provide responsive, hospitality-driven service to players, coaches, and staff, including laundry, equipment preparation, locker setup, and other daily clubhouse needs.
  • Take ownership of assigned clubhouse areas and responsibilities, proactively identifying needs and ensuring spaces, supplies, and equipment are prepared to Major League standards without requiring constant direction.
  • Anticipate the needs of players, coaches, and staff and respond promptly and professionally to requests with discretion and attention to detail.
  • Assist the Head Home Clubhouse Manager in coordinating staff responsibilities and maintaining consistent standards of service, organization, and presentation.
  • Help monitor clubhouse supplies, uniforms, equipment, and other operational inventory, communicating needs before shortages or issues arise.
  • Complete postgame cleanup and prepare clubhouse spaces, supplies, uniforms, and equipment for the following day.
  • Identify and help resolve operational issues before they impact players, coaches, or staff, escalating concerns to clubhouse leadership when appropriate.
  • Support coordination with visiting personnel and umpires as needed to help ensure smooth game-day operations.
  • Maintain and prepare the home clubhouse during team road trips, ensuring the space remains organized, stocked, and ready for the team’s return.
  • Support Major League Spring Training clubhouse operations in Jupiter, including preparation, daily service, organization, laundry, equipment, and overall clubhouse readiness.
  • Assist with the transition and movement of clubhouse supplies, uniforms, and equipment between Spring Training and the regular season as needed.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with clubhouse leadership and teammates regarding assignments, changing needs, potential issues, and completed responsibilities.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments and team personnel as needed to support the overall player and staff experience.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and appropriate boundaries when working around players, coaches, staff, families, and sensitive team information.
  • Adapt quickly to changing schedules, priorities, and responsibilities throughout Spring Training and the regular season.
  • Perform additional clubhouse and team-support responsibilities as assigned.

  • Ability to perform the physical responsibilities associated with clubhouse operations, including extended periods of standing and moving throughout the facility and handling clubhouse supplies and equipment.
  • Previous experience in professional or collegiate athletics, hospitality, clubhouse operations, equipment operations, or another service-oriented environment is preferred but not required.
