What you’ll be doing
The Tennessee Titans are looking for individuals to work as Stadium Operations Assistant on an as-needed basis. This is part-time position, working no more than 10-15 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
Stadium Event equipment set up to include moving tables and chairs, assembling staging, dance floors, pipe and drape, etc.
Participate in the preparation, set up, and completion of conversions
With direction from the Stadium Event Operations Coordinator, execute event orders and diagrams to properly set up event space
Communicate with Events Team to match room sets to diagrams
Ensure rooms are set by designated time
Ability to change room sets on site when requested by client
Communicate to internal departments via radio
Have a positive approach to all tasks you undertake
Must operate with a sense of urgency while prioritizing event needs
Must be able to complete event safety checklists
Assist in keeping all equipment inventory up to date including tables, chairs, linens, etc.
Other duties as directed by Stadium Event Operations Coordinator

Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent required
Ability to drive a forklift and have proper certification
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in maintenance and set-up/tear-down in and arena/convention center/hotel environment a plus
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects to extreme detail simultaneously and within deadlines
Ability to work on a crew in challenging/pressure situations
Ability to establish, develop, and maintain good working relationships with co-workers
Outgoing personality, energetic, and proactive approach to work
