About the Jacksonville Jaguars
The Jacksonville Jaguars are a professional football team and a member of the National Football League’s AFC South Division. The Jaguars are one of the NFL’s youngest franchises, playing their first regular season home game on Sept. 3, 1995, in Jacksonville, Fla., and have since won five division titles. The Jaguars are owned by Shahid Khan, a visionary leader whose businesses include Flex-N-Gate, Fulham Football Club, All Elite Wrestling, Bold Events and Iguana Investments. Since 2012, Mr. Khan has had a positive impact on the Northeast Florida community through his investment in the team, capital improvements to EverBank Stadium and the creation of Daily’s Place, which hosts upwards of 40 concerts a year. Through the Jaguars Foundation, the Khan Family has donated more than $39 million to many worthy causes, including in three key areas of focus: neighborhood revitalization, youth development and NFL-league-wide initiatives.
The Jaguars and Iguana Investments opened the Miller Electric Center, a state-of-the-art sports performance center and home to Jaguars football operations in 2023. Over the next several years, the Jaguars and Iguana Investments will complete Phase 1 of the Jacksonville Shipyards, a revitalization of the St. Johns Riverfront which will include a Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences, an office building inclusive of the Jaguars front office headquarters, and a modernized marina and support building, as well as begin additional projects to transform the area around the stadium into a year-round, mixed-use sports and entertainment district.
In 2024, the Jaguars and the City of Jacksonville announced plans to move forward with a reimagined Stadium of the Future, securing Jaguars football in Jacksonville for generations to come, and a continuation of annual traditions of the Florida-Georgia Football Classic and TaxSlayer Gator Bowl while also opening opportunities for future Super Bowls, Final Four tournaments, college football playoffs, marquee concerts and more. The Stadium of the Future features a protective canopy, wider concourses, new communal spaces, scenic lookout decks, immersive in-bowl technology, new seating types and a public Floridian nature park.

Summary
The Jaguars Technology team is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to help provide support for all information technology products and services.
Job Responsibilities
- Typical desktop support, including computer hardware/software installations and repairs, as well as maintenance of computer systems, desktops, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
- Maintenance and monitoring of end-user workstations and printers.
- Educate users on basic functionality of software and hardware.
- Investigate user problems and identify their source; test and implement solutions.
- Install, configure and maintain workstations – both PC and Mac, file servers, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices and systems; add or upgrade and configure disk drives, printers and related-equipment.
- Perform and/or oversee software and application installation and upgrades.
- First level network troubleshooting and support such as verification of network connectivity and the patching/termination of cables.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, including equipment setup and account access. Provide technology orientation to new hires.
- Respond to requests for technical assistance by all departments via phone, email, ticketing system, and in person.
- Management of the directory, computer accounts and group policies.
- Maintain and update computer hardware and software inventories on a regular basis.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding the information being processed, stored or accessed by the end-users on the network.
- Test, maintain, and provide technical support for stadium systems used on gameday.
Job Requirements
Required
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Office, Exchange, Active Directory, IOS, OSX
- Proficient in automated system deployments tools such as WDS and Ghost
- Possesses basic network troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical personnel
- Ability to install, configure and maintain computers, networks and related hardware and software
- Knowledge of computer and/or network security systems, applications, procedures and techniques
- Ability to identify and resolve computer system malfunctions and operations problems
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn and support new systems and applications
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed to support football and business operations, planned maintenance, system upgrades, and urgent technical issues
- Participation in an on-call or rotating support schedule is required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
