Position Summary:
The Senior Manager, Employee Experience leads the design and delivery of a consistent, high-quality employee experience across the organization. This role serves as a strategic partner to managers, owning employee relations, onboarding and offboarding experience, and performance management execution.

Compensation:
$120-130K
