Position Overview:
The El Paso Chihuahuas are seeking a full-season Season Seat Membership Ticket Services Intern to join our Ticket Sales & Service team for the 2027 season. This internship provides hands-on experience in ticket sales and service to include learning to actually produce ticket revenue by prospecting and obtaining season seat membership accounts as well as learn to service the membership account base through hands-on participation in service and retention strategies.
In this role you will work directly with the Manager, Ticket Services and the Season Seat Membership Sales & Service team to help service and retain membership accounts throughout the season.
The day-to-day responsibilities will vary depending on the game and event schedule, giving you the opportunity to learn different aspects of ticket sales and service while gaining experience working in professional sports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Learn the art of relationship-building with prospective and current clients to meet sales and service goals.
• Place outbound calls to decision makers and customers to sell and service Season Seat Memberships.
• Support the Season Seat Membership team with administrative service support to include, but not limited to:
- Membership agreement generation and execution
- Membership payment plan tracking and collection
- Generate and distribute weekly Season Seat Membership newsletters to keep members informed
- Assist in the completion of Season Seat Membership ticket exchanges in season
• Support the Season Seat Membership team with Membership gameday, Membership benefits, and Membership Events to include, but not limited to:
- Participate in the creation and execution of experiential Membership events
- Assist in the gameday set up of certain Membership specific areas
- Distribute and compile in-season Membership surveys to assess the Membership experience
- Full training and ongoing daily guidance and support will be provided.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for fan engagement and customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and game days.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift promotional materials or membership items when needed.
This is a full-time internship that requires in-office availability from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on non-gamedays and from 9:00 a.m. until one hour after the game on gamedays. It begins in February 2027 and extends through the end of the Chihuahuas season (mid to late September). We offer a $750 monthly stipend for living expenses, along with $10 per hour for scheduled gameday work.
