Parking Event Day Staff (Part-time)

Summary:
The Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium are looking for Parking team members dedicated to providing an efficient and positive customer service experience during ingress and egress for Miami Dolphins games, University of Miami games, the Miami Open, Formula 1 Hard Rock Miami Grand Prix, concerts, soccer, and other world class events.
Location:
This is a part-time/hourly position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL. This position pays $17 - 20 an hour.
Parking Scanner
Scanners are responsible for checking the authenticity and removing the stub from all parking passes as prepaid vehicles enter the stadium lots. Team members must properly handle and avoid damages to handheld devices issued for credit card transactions, SunPass transactions, and parking pass/barcode/Apple Pay scanning.
Parking Specialist
Parking Specialists are responsible for directing vehicles to their proper location and parking space during inbound traffic flow during all Hard Rock Stadium events
Shuttle Operations Staff
Shuttle staff are responsible for directing guests through the ingress and egress process for all shuttle routes. This includes wayfinding, queue management, bus loading, capacity management, and shuttle material inventory.
Sign-in and IT Representative
Sign-in representatives are responsible for supporting the check -in and out processes for all staff on event days. This is an integral role in the success of staff assignments and timekeeping.
IT representatives are responsible for assisting with parking technology devices to ensure readiness for events and onsite troubleshooting.
Hard Rock Stadium is a cashless venue. Therefore, we do not accept any payments in cash. All team members are expected to follow the protocol of “no cash, no tips” throughout their employment with the parking team.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required.
- Availability to work a minimum of 80% of ALL Hard Rock Stadium events, which includes Miami Dolphins and University of Miami home games, Miami Open, the Formula 1 Hard Rock Miami Grand Prix, concerts, soccer matches, and more. This will include weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
- Customer service experience (entry level or supervisory) preferred but not required.
- Fluent in English, Spanish beneficial.
- Ability to bend, stand, lift 15-30 lbs, and be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
