Collaborate with creative, marketing, content, social media, partnership, and other internal teams to support organizational priorities.

Stay current on trends and emerging practices across design, motion, sports, entertainment, and culture.
Qualifications:
Two to four years of professional design experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, typography, layout, composition, color, and visual storytelling.
Demonstrated ability to translate creative direction into polished, cohesive executions across multiple platforms.
Experience designing for social media, digital, print, merchandise, environmental, or experiential applications.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, with portfolio examples demonstrating animation and motion-design capabilities.
Strong understanding of motion principles, including timing, pacing, easing, hierarchy, and visual rhythm.
Ability to thoughtfully extend static designs into motion.
Strong production skills, including file organization, versioning, image preparation, and final asset delivery.
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.
Interest in sports, entertainment, culture, and contemporary design.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in sports, entertainment, lifestyle, agency, or another consumer-facing environment.
Experience designing for large-format displays, venue screens, ribbon boards, or live-event environments.
