The Membership Sales Representative position is an entry-level opportunity within the Miami Marlins’ eight- to twelve-month Inside Sales training and development program, beginning in January 2027. In this fast-paced, competitive environment, you will receive hands-on training, personalized coaching, and ongoing mentorship from expert sales leaders committed to putting you in the best position to succeed. Your primary focus will be generating revenue through selling season ticket memberships, group tickets, suites, and premium seats. Through prospecting, connecting with customers, identifying their needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales, you will build strong sales fundamentals, executive presence, and a foundation for continued professional growth. You will also support gameday initiatives and collaborate with the Ticket Sales & Service team.

Essential Functions:
- Sell new season ticket Memberships, group tickets and premium seats, and luxury suites
- Meet or exceed annual and monthly sales goals
- Meet or exceed daily activity metrics including outbound calls per day and face to face meetings at the ballpark
- Proactively seek new leads through referrals and networking
- Meet with prospective ticket buyers at sales prospecting events
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all current clients and prospects with our CRM system
- Provide excellent customer service to prospects and current clients over the phone and at games
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Strong organizational, time-management, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines
- Coachable and possess a positive attitude
- Comfortable making cold calls on the phone
- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule (holidays, weekends, evenings) and the majority of Marlins home games
- Comfortable making face to face sales presentations
- Highly self-motivated and have a desire to excel in sales
- Deliver exemplary customer service
Suggested Education & Experience Guidelines:
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Experience with Tickets.com, ProVenue (ticketing system) and Salesforce a plus
