Marketing Operations Manager, HubSpot & MarTech

Summary:
 
The Marketing Operations Manager, HubSpot & MarTech will own HubSpot marketing operations and serve as the primary platform partner for the Brand and Lifecycle Marketing teams.
 
Reporting to the Senior Director, Revenue Operations, this role will oversee HubSpot Marketing Hub functionality, CRM marketing data architecture, campaign structure, segmentation, web form governance, preference centers, attribution reporting, and MarTech integrations.

This role will ensure marketing activity, engagement, lead generation, consent and preference data, and revenue outcomes are accurately captured and connected in HubSpot CRM.

The ideal candidate is a structured problem solver with hands-on HubSpot experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to turn marketing needs into scalable platform solutions.

  • This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Serve as the primary owner and subject-matter expert for HubSpot Marketing Hub.
  • Establish and maintain standards for the use of the Hubspot marketing campaign object across all Ross Sports & Entertainment brands.
  • Evaluate requests for new platform functionality and determine the most effective and sustainable solution.
  • Monitor platform performance, data quality, adoption, and operational health.
  • Maintain documentation for Marketing Hub processes, configurations, integrations, and governance standards.
  • Own the creation, configuration, and governance of HubSpot lead generation sources including progressive profiling, consent language, routing, follow-up actions, and lifecycle processing.
  • Own and maintain the email preference center and subscription architecture.
  • Develop and maintain scalable audience segmentation frameworks that support campaigns, personalization, lifecycle management, and performance analysis.
  • Support the development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of HubSpot revenue attribution capabilities, including dashboards, tracking structures, campaign data, and process requirements needed to connect marketing activity to lead generation, pipeline creation, and revenue.
  • Manage HubSpot’s connection to the organization’s marketing technology platforms to ensure accurate, secure, and consistent data flow across connected systems.
  • Support the use of AI marketing platforms within HubSpot by helping identify practical use cases for AI-enabled capabilities to enhance marketing efficiency.
  • Work closely with the Revenue Operations and Lifecycle Marketing teams to ensure alignment across marketing and sales campaigns, including shared architecture, data standards, and workflow dependencies
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment across marketing and sales campaigns, including requirements, timelines, dependencies, testing, documentation, and ongoing support.
 

Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, data engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Two or more years of hands-on experience administering HubSpot Marketing Hub or a comparable enterprise marketing automation platform.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, marketing automation, campaign tracking, lead management, and marketing analytics.
  • Strong working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, data synchronization, system integrations, and data mapping concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to manage complex data and systems.
  • Strong project-management skills and the ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a sports & entertainment, hospitality, or live-events organization.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and marketing compliance requirements.
