Gain an understanding of the equipment teams’ operational tasks including equipment preparation, field layout and cleanup for trainings.
Acquire skills in special assignments including but not limited to inventory/warehouse management, product forecasting and data analysis.
Learn thermal label making and heat press applications.
Gain experience in preparing, organizing, and maintaining clean equipment and boot rooms.
Support the logistics of practice and game day preparations, including logging, communicating, and addressing player and staff requests related to equipment, supplies, and facility needs. Assist staff with various administrative tasks such as inventory, storage, and distribution.
Gain experience in building soccer goals, shelving units, replacing nets, and any other duties that are deemed necessary within the basic guidelines of being an Equipment Manager.
