Head of First Impressions - Scotia Place Experience Centre

THE POSITION 

As the creator of First Impressions and host at the Scotia Place Experience Centre, you will play an integral part welcoming our Premium clients and loyal Season Ticket Members. A critical front-facing role that sets the tone for the Experience Centre environment, you will be responsible for greeting and checking-in guests, and making them feel at home.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Greet guests and check them into their appointment at the Experience Centre
• Manage appointments
• Receive and redirect incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Supply and manage bar area where drinks and snacks are available for guests
• Serve drinks to guests
• Clean bar area as required
• Prepare and organize all incoming and outgoing couriers and/or deliveries.
• Maintain all courier supplies.
• Sort and distribute daily mail in a timely manner.
• Other administration duties as assigned.
• Actively participate in safety programs and follow policies;
• All other duties as assigned.

THE INDIVIDUAL 

The ideal candidate will have the following background:

• Minimum three years of customer service and/or restaurant service experience
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and pleasant under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of clients and customers
• Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
• Adjusts and is flexible to meet changing work needs and demands.
