ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Deliver Texas Hospitality to all Guests of Globe Life Field and Choctaw Stadium.

  • Greeting and directing Guests and answering questions about Globe Life Field/Choctaw Stadium offerings and policies.

  • Welcoming Guests into the venue and ensuring they are set up for a great experience.

  • Resolve Guest concerns and accommodate special requests.

  • Use knowledge of Globe Life Field and Rangers history to engage with Guests to deliver exceptional service.

  • Promote a safe and friendly environment for all Guests by identifying and reporting inappropriate behavior, safety risks, and medical situations.

  • Positions include Ticket Scanner, Bag Check, Usher, Elevator Operator, Escalator Operation, Guest Services, and Ambassador.

  • In addition to working Texas Rangers baseball games, this role requires the ability to work a wide range of events, from small corporate meetings to large-scale events, including concerts, graduations, and major sporting events.

  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to days, nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Ability to continuously stand and walk 4-8 hours throughout the venue.

  • Ability to work outdoors and indoors in a variety of weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and other environmental elements, as required.

  • Ability lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 15 lbs.
