About the Guest Experience Team
The Guest Experience Team serves as the frontline of the Mercedes-Benz Stadium experience. These associates are the welcoming faces, problem solvers, and energy setters who help transform events into memorable moments for our guests. From the moment guests arrive until the final whistle or encore, this team plays a critical role in delivering our “Welcome Home” philosophy and ensuring every fan feels valued and supported.
 

Position Summary

Escalator Associate: Escalator associates are specialists who control our vertical transportation throughout Mercedes-Benz Stadium.  Their primary focus is the safety and directions of guests using escalators around the stadium.  Escalator associates also provide access control to various places in the stadium.  In addition, Escalator associates are expected to know all floors of the stadium to control access to the back of the house and team-affiliated areas where guests may not have access.

Elevator Associate: Elevator associates are specialists who control our vertical transportation throughout Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Their primary focus is the support of our ADA guests throughout the event. Elevator Hosts also provide access control to some of the most exclusive areas in the stadium, including the Press Box and the Gullwing Club. In addition, Elevator associates are expected to know all floors of the stadium to control access to back of house and team-affiliated areas where guests may not have access. 

Escalator and Elevator associates may end up interchanging and working on both teams based on needs for the event.

Required Qualifications:  

• Must be at least 18 years of age.  

• Must be able and willing to work in indoor and outdoor environments 

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and major stadium events 

• Ability to stand, walk or walk up and down stairs for extended periods of time during an event. 

• Must be available to work a minimum of 75% all major events consistently throughout the year held at Mercedes-Benz Stadium including Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, college football, concerts, etc.  

• Able to work in an indoor and outdoor setting. 

• Must enjoy helping others and working within a team environment. 

• Proactive in seeking out positive interactions with both guests and coworkers and interested in maintaining those positive relationships. 

• Must enjoy speaking and interacting with others in a warm, friendly, and respectful manner.

• Must be available to attend all necessary in-person and virtual training as a prerequisite for employment and/or working events.

Required Skills:  

• Displays strong communication, listening, and thoughtfulness.  

• Provide excellent customer service.  

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new settings and situations.  

• Shows understanding and use of basic technology such as mobile devices and handhelds.  

• Possesses strong time management and team collaboration skills.
