Associate Producer

The Associate Producer for the Las Vegas Raiders will work primarily on the Raiders’ live programming studio content. This role will be responsible for producing live or pre-taped shows and working multiple positions inside the control room. Additionally, the Associate Producer will assist with podcast and press conference productions and be expected to distribute content efficiently to Silver and Black Productions team members. This position will report to the Manager of Live Programming.

Essential Job Functions

· Assist Live Programming team in all aspects of production

· Edit highlight packs, soundbites and vertical video promos

· Create show scripts, graphic sheets, formats and talent notes for productions

· Line produce Raiders studio-based content (Live and taped)

· Operate switcher, XPression (Graphics) and Mira replay system during shows

· Identify interesting storylines amongst Raider team, and incorporate into studio programming

· Work various support roles on productions when you are not primary producer

· Log and tag footage inside Media Asset Manager

· All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or current college student

· Studio and control room experience preferred

· General understanding of NFL rules, teams, players, and culture

· Strong understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro and experience in video editing

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects

· Self-starter who can work independently and within a team environment

· Ability to work extended hours and flexible schedule including nights and weekends as needed

Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to):

· Sitting for long periods of time throughout shift

· Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25lbs

· Occasional walking, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
