Role Summary

The FMC Lead assists the Supervisor in daily operations, ensuring smooth feeder loading, product verification, and eSicient pack-out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide operators in feeder setup and card mix accuracy.
• Monitor machine operations and correct jams or misfeeds.
• Verify product counts and maintain records.
• Support training of new staS.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2–4 years experience in packaging or mechanical line work.
• Attention to detail and process consistency.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

• Frequent standing and hand coordination.
• Moderate noise levels and repetitive tasks.
