Role Summary
The Rollems Lead directs operations in the Rollems area, where sheets are fed into precision cutters to produce individual cards. The role ensures throughput, accuracy, and product quality while maintaining safety and eSiciency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all Rollems operators and coordinate daily production.
- Ensure correct machine setup, cut alignment, and blade maintenance.
- Review production metrics and minimize material waste.
- Train staS in cutting operations and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with Quality and Maintenance teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 4–6 years experience in cutting or converting operations.
- Proven leadership in a high-speed production setting.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting aptitude.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Frequent standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Exposure to sharp tools, moving equipment, and moderate noise.
