Key Responsibilities


Training Day Responsibilities 

  • Working with other equipment staff to organize and prepare player lockers with the equipment before training. 
  • Helps coaching staff deliver equipment to the field before the start of training. 
  • Collects and inventory all training equipment daily. 
  • Washes all training kits immediately following training. 
  • Responsible for the organization and appearance of the equipment room, locker room, and common area.


Match Day Responsibilities 

  • Sets up the team dressing room before each match.
  • Facilitates referee equipment requests.
  • Assist with accommodating visiting team equipment requests as the home team.
  • Prepares and transports all the field equipment to the field before the warm-up.
  • Organizes and cleans up the team bench and locker room areas, towels, equipment, water and the fourth official’s table. 
  • Wash game and warm-up kit
  • Return boots to training facility after home/road games

    Team Travel 
  • Some travel may be required with the team for away matches (pre-season, regular season, playoffs, post-season).
  • Airport pick up and drop off of team bags and equipment.

Apparel & Equipment Management 

  • Works with other equipment staff to manage, organize and inventory warehouse for multiple teams.
  • Organizes ordering process for toiletries, laundry, and locker room supplies. 


Qualifications Requirements:

Preferably experience in a Professional Sports Environment. 
Must have knowledge and passion for soccer. 

SKILLS, ABILITIES & OTHER ATTRIBUTES:


  • Ability to handle and lift average-weight objects up to 35 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for more than 4 hours per day.
  • Ability to work long, irregular hours and weekends as dictated by event schedules and project timetables.
  • Due to the cyclical nature of the Football industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect
  • the business needs of the team or facility.
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a “team player” and flexible to constant changes.
  • Detail-oriented, professional, passionate, positive, and proactive.
