Position Overview:
Chicago Fire FC is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Creative Presentation Designer to support the Club's Corporate Partnerships team. This role will be responsible for developing compelling visual materials that bring partnership ideas to life and help drive new business, renewals, and upsell opportunities. The Creative Presentation Designer will create best-in-class sales presentations, sponsorship proposals, mockups, renderings, and branded marketing materials that effectively communicate the value of Chicago Fire FC partnerships. This role will play an important part in the commercialization of McDonald's Park, helping visualize new partnership opportunities and enhance the Club's storytelling.

Job Responsibilities: 
  •  Design high-quality sales presentations, partnership proposals, one-sheets, and marketing materials that support new business, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
  • Create compelling sponsorship mockups, renderings, signage concepts, and branded assets that help partners visualize opportunities.
  • Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling that elevate Chicago Fire FC's partnership presentations and commercial brand.
  • Translate partnership ideas into polished, client-facing materials under tight deadlines.
  • Maintain design consistency across all partnership materials while adhering to Chicago Fire FC brand standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the Partnership Strategy, Partnership Marketing, Partnership Sales, Marketing, and Creative teams to bring partnership ideas to life.
  • Support the commercialization of McDonald's Park by designing creative materials that showcase new sponsorship inventory and partnership opportunities.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting project deadlines.
  • Develop templates, graphics, and creative resources that improve efficiency and consistency across the Corporate Partnerships department.
  • Translate research, fan insights, sponsorship analytics, and valuation data into visually compelling graphics, infographics, and presentations that strengthen partnership storytelling.
  • Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices to continually enhance the Club's partnership materials.

Required Qualifications:  
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in sports, entertainment, marketing, or agency environments.
  •  Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience designing client-facing presentations and marketing materials.
  •  Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  •  Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:  
  • Experience creating sponsorship mockups, venue renderings, environmental graphics, or branded experiential concepts.
  • Experience with presentation and visualization tools.
  •  Knowledge of sports sponsorship, live events, or the sports and entertainment industry.
  • Motion graphics or video editing experience is a plus

Compensation: 
  •  This role offers a base salary of $65,000
  • This role is classified as Full-time, exempt
  • This role is bonus eligible based on club wide goals
