Overview
Major League Soccer is seeking a Director, Creators to lead the league's creator ecosystem and influencer marketing initiatives. This role will define and execute a comprehensive creator strategy that drives fan engagement, expands MLS's cultural footprint, and accelerates audience growth across digital and social platforms.
This role is responsible for establishing a scalable creator program that integrates talent into content, social, tentpoles and platforms while also driving measurable business outcomes including engagement, conversion, and revenue contribution. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in the creator economy with a passion for sports, entertainment, and digital culture. They understand how to identify emerging trends, build authentic partnerships, and create scalable programs that deliver measurable business impact.

Major League Soccer offers a competitive starting base salary of $120,000 - $155,000, based on individual qualifications, market financials, and operational business needs.
