Position Description

The Corporate Partnership Development Coordinator represents a key team contributor and will primarily be responsible for the following: managing customer relationship management (CRM) and all regular reporting documents, assist with development of presentation decks and collateral, contribute to prospecting and research strategies, coordinate hospitality and entertainment logistics, assist with department budgets, and manage special projects as assigned.

 

 

 

Essential Functions

  • Manage customer relationship management (CRM) and reporting
    • Responsible for Salesforce/KORE reporting, tracking, and updating
    • Compile & disseminate all regular revenue reports (League, department, ownership, etc.)
    • Recommend solutions to improve and enhance functionality of overall system
    • Meet regularly with CRM vendor to review system performance, identify optimization opportunities, and improve reporting efficiencies
  • Assist with the development of presentation decks and collateral
    • Department liaison for sales and recap decks along with other collateral, continuously adding and updating information and templates
    • Create and manage outreach collateral including tentpole touchpoint newsletters
    • Assist in compiling data & creative for specific team member decks and other collateral
    • Work closely with other departments to incorporate overall organizational information
  • Contribute to prospect and research strategies
    • Produce category research, trends, and other analysis for sales team
    • Continuously research and provide new prospect opportunities
    • Assist in the collection of research data & analytics for categories, specific prospects, and collateral
    • Meet regularly with partnership development team members to assist in supporting sales process
  • Coordinate hospitality and entertainment logistics
    • Manage gameday hospitality (logistics, client communication, invite lists, gifting, etc.)
    • Support partner marketing team in away game hospitality
    • Assist with non-gameday entertainment events & experiences
    • Provide ideas and recommendations around unique ways to entertain potential partners
  • Assist in management of department budgets
    • Support overall department with budget reporting, forecasting, and updates
    • Support overall department with purchase orders and processing
  • Manage special projects as assigned
    • Produce and assist with projects assigned as well as taking initiative to provide recommendations
    • Examples include creating testimonials, providing industry best practices, etc.
    • Assist in team efforts for Global Marketing Program efforts in the Germany market
  • Serve as department liaison, attending interdepartmental and NFL meetings and providing key updates
    • Help translate report insights into actionable strategy across Sales, Creative, Analytics and Marketing
    • Support monthly brainstorm sessions, including assisting with topic selection and agenda creation
    • Attend League and Club calls as team representative, on an as-needed basis

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or commensurate work experience
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in sports/entertainment marketing/promotions or sales

 

 

 

Technical Knowledge

  • Proficient with computers and standard office software
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or comparable tools
  • Skilled in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Able to input, track, and analyze data accurately
  • Ability to generate and interpret routine system or data reports
  • Ability to manage digital files, databases, and shared drives effectively
  • Comfortable learning and navigating new systems or applications

 

 

Additional Technical Knowledge

  • Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce and KORE)
  • Data Analytics proficiency (Examples include but not limited to Nielson, Wakefield, YouGov)
  • Presentation and deck building proficiency (Powerpoint and Pitch)

 

 

 

Work Environment

  • Extended evening, weekend work hours sometimes required
  • Stressful and demanding work environment in executing work on short deadlines
  • May have to work occasional holidays
  • Required to work all home and some away games
  • Must be comfortable working in a high-intensity setting, meeting tight deadlines and delivering quality results

Physical Fitness Standards

  • Sitting, standing, working with hands for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times
