The Site Coordinator is responsible for implementing daily summer league logistics and acting as lead coach for summer league activities. Site Coordinators are responsible for tracking daily attendance and leading occasional one-one-one coaching sessions designed to develop assistant coaches as baseball instructors, youth development specialists, and community leaders.
Washington Nationals Youth Baseball Academy Site Coordinators commit to supporting the youth baseball and character development initiatives of the Nationals Youth Baseball Academy. This includes the Academy’s summer instructional league, which immerses underserved youth in The Academy Way – a positive culture of teamwork, effort, continual learning, and a love of baseball.
This is a part time position working an average of 34 hours per week.

Compensation:
The projected wage rate for this position is $20.00 - $32.00 per hour. Actual pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s: qualifications, skills, expertise, education/training, certifications, and other organization requirements. Starting salaries for new employees are frequently not at the top of the applicable salary range.
