Job Title: Enterprise Support Site Lead - DCM

Department: Information Technology

Location: Frisco, TX (Dallas Cowboys Merchandising / The Star)

Position Summary

The Enterprise Support Lead provides onsite technology support for Dallas Cowboys Merchandising (DCM), including the distribution center, corporate offices, and Pro Shop retail locations. The role leads day-to-day support operations, is the escalation point for endpoint, retail, and warehouse technology issues, and works with infrastructure, security, and business applications teams to keep store and distribution operations running.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

  1. Lead and manage onsite IT support operations, providing direction, mentoring, workload prioritization, and escalation support to ensure timely issue resolution and uninterrupted business operations.
  2. Serve as the primary technical escalation point for critical incidents, coordinating resolution efforts with infrastructure, networking, security, application, and vendor teams.
  3. Develop and maintain IT operational standards, including SOPs, knowledge base documentation, technical training, and cross-functional support processes.
  4. Administer endpoint management for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, including configuration, software deployment, security tooling, and patch and vulnerability remediation
  5. Oversee IT asset lifecycle management, including procurement, inventory control, asset disposition, compliance auditing, data sanitization, and mobility services administration.
  6. Manage enterprise mobility and telecommunications services, including mobile device provisioning, carrier account administration, wireless plans, usage auditing, and cost optimization initiatives.
  7. Support retail technology operations across all Pro Shop locations.
  8. Maintain warehouse and supply chain technology environments.
  9. Provide executive, VIP, and event technology support, delivering white-glove service to senior leadership and ensuring reliable technology operations for corporate events, gameday activities, live broadcasts, and special organizational functions.

  • Qualifications
    • 4+ years in enterprise desktop support, retail systems, or technical operations, including at least 1 year in a lead role
    • Hands-on experience with endpoint management platforms (Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, PDQ) and Windows/macOS administration
    • Experience supporting retail POS (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Store Commerce preferred) and warehouse scanning hardware (Zebra preferred)
    • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals; Cisco Meraki experience preferred
    • Experience with ITSM ticketing platforms (TeamDynamix preferred)
    • Clear communicator with non-technical users and senior executives; sound judgment under event-day pressure
    • Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
    • Preferred certifications: Jamf 100/200, Microsoft Endpoint Administrator, CompTIA Network+ or Security+
  • Working Conditions
    • Regular travel to retail locations in Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico
    • Evening, weekend, and holiday work for games and organizational events
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work for extended periods in stadium, retail, and warehouse environment
