  • Post and manage statistician job ads across all the platforms we use, then screen and interview candidates.
  • Support the Statistician Network Coordinators with recruitment planning.
  • Set up profiles and manage system access for new statisticians.
  • Coordinate the training and testing of statisticians, and guide them through onboarding.
  • Create and maintain all statistician training materials.
  • Track and analyse how well training and onboarding work, and check compliance across the network.
  • Plan and run workshops and seminars, and prepare regular and one-off reports.

What you'll bring

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • A methodical, analytical approach to problem solving.
  • The ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Good data management skills and confident use of MS Office.
  • A self-motivated, organised, and efficient way of working.

It'll be a bonus if you know
