Job description
The Role
The Sr. Analyst, Workforce Management Systems owns the strategy, governance, and optimization of the UKG Dimensions platform. This role leads the configuration and continuous improvement of time and attendance processes to ensure accurate payroll, labor law compliance, and operational efficiency. In addition to hands-on system oversight, this individual manages projects, drives cross-functional alignment, and develops scalable workforce management practices across the organization.

To best support this, the person who accepts this role is expected to be on site, in office four days per week. The salary range represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation.
