AMB Family Office is the support company for the Chairman and the Chairman’s family as well as the investment management and support services arm of Arthur Blank’s for-profit businesses. Position Summary
This position will support the Executive Events team, which includes the Sr. Director of Executive Events and Sr. Manager of Executive Events. The Executive Events Specialist is primarily an administrative role that requires impeccable attention to detail, being able to multi-task, take initiative and work independently. In addition to administrative tasks required for lead-up to events, this role also requires working event days (all Atlanta Falcons home games, select Atlanta United matches, third party & personal events). This position is for someone who thrives in “behind the scenes” supportive work, but also has a hospitality, events and logistical mindset.
Roles and Responsibilities
Mercedes-Benz Stadium
- Work with BFOB executives to create suite guest invite lists (AF & AU & NWSL).
- Creating MBS event grids (AF, AU, NWSL, MBS Third Party, etc.).
- Work with Finance to ensure Suite Master Tips trackers for ALL MBS events are updated monthly.
- AF, AU, NWSL, Concerts, College Football, NWSL, Misc. Third-Party Events
- Assist with coordinating Atlanta Falcons games, Atlanta United & NWSL matches, and Mercedes-Benz third party events.
This includes:
- Guest communication & logistics
- Guest Bios
- Seating Cards
- Vendor/Staff Parking Distribution
- Suite floral & décor management
- Levy F&B liaison
- Help edit menus, schedule meetings, etc.
- Assist with staffing at:
- ALL HOME Atlanta Falcons Games
- At discretion of Sr. Dir. & Sr. Manager Exec Events:
- Atlanta United Matches
- NWSL Matches
- Concerts
- College Football
- Misc. Third-Party Events
- Crosscheck against mailers and provide updates for the Chairman’s contact list monthly.
- Suite VIP badge and lanyard ideation and coordination for all MBS events.
- Assist Sr. Manager of Exec. Events with suite invitation ideation and planning.
Ticketing
- Send guest tickets & parking for ALL MBS events (AF, AU, NWSL, Concerts, College Football, Misc. Events)
- Facilitate monthly associate surveys to gauge interest in attending events, games and concerts at MBS.
Gifting/Merchandise Coordination
- Assist Sr. Manager of Exec. Events with Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United & NWSL suite guest gifts and visiting NFL owner gifts ideation.
- Shipping/gifting support for Chairman and family requests for new Atlanta United and Atlanta Falcons merchandise.
- Post event suite gifting for guests (AF, AU & NWSL)
- Coordinate holiday gifting for suite staff.
Retail Orders
- AF suite gear
- AU scarves
- AF & AU signing day items
- Misc. retail orders for chairman, family & friends
Administrative Duties:
- Pick up and deliver packages offsite as well as ship packages for the Executive Events team.
- Assist Executive Events team with online shopping, returns and Amazon orders for supplies at Mercedes-Benz Stadium and other events.
- Including ordering MBS Suite Items (Bathroom Products, Chairman’s Personal Items, Levy).
- Track invoices for Executive Events team.
- Collect NDAs annually for MBS staff and other outside vendors.
- UPS account management & coding.
- Management and inventory of merchandise including team gear and team autographed items.
- AF & AU Signing Day Drop Offs & Pick Ups
Required Skills:
- Highest level of discretion, confidentiality, professionalism & maturity
- Meticulously organized and able to prioritize, coordinate, and manage simultaneous tasks/projects
- Ability to work flexible hours and willingness to work beyond a 40-hour work week, as needed
- Willing to staff stadium events and personal events on nights and weekends and holidays, as needed
- Excellent project management skills a must
- Ability to anticipate what projects will require (timing; supplies; outside vendor)
- Experience collaborating effectively as a member of a team, yet work independently
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in all MS Office products, including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Forms
