SUMMARY: The Senior Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the organization. This role manages priorities, coordinates key activities, and handles confidential information with sound judgment and discretion.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings, appointments, travel, and related logistics.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute emails, reports, presentations, and other business materials.
- Answer, screen, and direct calls, correspondence, and visitor inquiries.
- Maintain contact lists, records, files, and office supplies.
- Work evenings and/or weekends as required.
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates
- Responsible for creation, maintenance and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by Confidentiality and Privacy Standards, in accordance with Mass Regulations on Personal Identity Regulations and HIPAA.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of administrative, executive support, or related experience required; additional experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and diplomatically with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must have attention to detail and focused concentration
- Must be able to learn new tasks and complete tasks independently
- Must be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflow
- Must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness
