Title: Sales Operations Assistant

FLSA Status: Part-Time, Non-Exempt
Pay: $17.50/hour
Position Summary:
The Sales Operations Assistant supports the Ticket Sales & Service team by helping execute game-day activations, sales campaigns, Member experiences, and special events throughout the season. This role plays an important part in delivering exceptional fan experiences while providing operational support for ticket sales initiatives at Sacramento Kings for home games and other department events. This role is perfect for someone who finds joy in creating meaningful moments, bringing people together, and making every guest experience at Golden 1 Center feel special, memorable, and full of care.
Key Responsibility Areas:
Support Ticket Sales & Service game-day operations, including on-court experiences, pregame events, promotional pack redemption, Membership fulfillment, and other fan engagement activities.
Assist with the planning and execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and special events by preparing materials, assembling prize packs, managing gift redemption, and coordinating logistics.
Coordinate and facilitate group/fan experiences and other ticket-related activations.
Deliver exceptional customer service to current Members, group leaders, and prospective clients to enhance guest experience by answering questions and addressing concerns while representing the Sacramento Kings in a professional manner.
Assist in the administrative and operational support to the Ticket Sales & Service team as needed on both game days, non-game days, and events.
Maintain a team-first mindset and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service, hospitality, sports, entertainment, or event operations experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Friendly, professional, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with guests and clients.
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Must be available to work in all Sacramento Kings home games, including evenings, weekends, and select holidays, as well as other Ticket Sales events throughout the season and off-season.
