Job Summary

The Pirates are currently a Minor League Physical Therapist to be assigned to the Dominican complex with opportunity to travel to the Florida complex for select camps. This position will be under the direct supervision of the Senior Rehab Coordinator while working alongside the Dominican Republic-based Medical Staff in the management of player healthcare, including but not limited to prevention, maintenance, evaluation, and treatment programs.

Qualifications

Required:

1. Authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
2. Eligible to meet state Licensure requirements.
3. CPR/AED certification.
4. Strong communication and computer skills.

Desired:

1. Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
2. Experience working with players from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
3. Prior experience in professional baseball.
