JOB SUMMARY:
The Portland Sea Dogs Ticket Sales Department is seeking a team-oriented individual to help manage our membership accounts for the 2027 season. The ideal individual will work closely with the ticket sales leader on managing our large membership base, including acting as a full-service concierge on game days. This position requires working a mix of game days and non-game days as a member of the ticket department. This position will begin in February 2027 and will run through the conclusion of the 2027 season.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manage the day-to-day functions of our membership programs, including all members-only events, gifts, tickets, experiences, and being on the front line of customer service with our large membership base.
- Run the members-only entrance on game days and be the liaison between the ticket office and some of our most important clients.
- Become an expert in our technology: Tickets.com, FanRally, FEVO, and KORE.
- Handle all administrative functions for our members, including ticket exchanges, fulfilling membership orders, organizing functions, and collecting payments.
- Display strong proactive customer service skills when working with members and fans.
- Follow and implement all ticket office procedures, including opening and closing procedures.
- Act as a member of the front office and assist in staff training and working with our game-day associates.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Strong customer service and organizational skills.
· Commitment to teamwork, along with ownership of individual responsibilities.
· Prior experience is not required, but preferred.
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Interest in working in Ticketing or Sales within Sports.
· Must live within driving distance of Portland, ME, and be available from February 2027 through September 2027.
