Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Report to and support the Director, Partnership Activation and Service 
  • Manage the execution and delivery of partnership activations for assigned partnership accounts, and work alongside the sales team throughout sales and renewal processes of those accounts
  • Build and strengthen relationships with corporate partners to support long-term engagement and business growth
  • Foster strong relationships with internal departments and associated vendors to ensure partnership goals are met and assets are executed in a timely manner
  • Serve as assigned partner accounts day-to-day contact by responding promptly to partner requests, questions, and concerns with a focus on providing solutions and/or creative ideas
  • Create and deliver mid-season and annual recaps to partners to demonstrate partnership asset fulfillment, value and ROI
  • Support partner programming on gamedays, including asset fulfillment and logistics, entertaining, VIP experiences, etc. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 2-4 years of account management and/or partnership activation experience 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive applications 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced and time sensitive environment
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required
  • Ability to work well within a team environment 
  • Be proactive and able to think quickly and independently
  • Availability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays
