As we continue to scale our global platform, the Loss Prevention Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing physical security and shrink reduction efforts to protect assets and safeguard the bottom line at Fanatics Commerce.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Loss Prevention Supervisor partners with operations and support teams to mitigate inventory loss, implement security best practices, and drive a culture of loss prevention across their facility. This position leverages risk assessments, shrink data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to influence meaningful change and deliver measurable results. The Loss Prevention Supervisor delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

Cross-Functional Leadership:
• Partner with operations and inventory management teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and alignment on shrink reduction strategies.
• Collaborate across business units to contribute to network-wide loss prevention projects and initiatives that strengthen overall LP strategy.
People Leadership:
• Supervise, coach, and develop loss prevention and security staff, maintaining high performance standards aligned with company policies.
• Support orientation, onboarding, and training of new hires, building a team culture committed to safety and loss prevention excellence.

• Foster a loss-prevention-focused culture that protects the fan experience by ensuring product availability and inventory integrity.
• Identify and report potential risks, threats, or vulnerabilities that could disrupt operations or compromise the safety of associates and fans.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive investigations or security matters that affect associate and customer trust.
• Implement physical security best practices that balance strong protection with a seamless operational environment.

• Utilize CCTV, exception reporting, and analytical tools to proactively identify and mitigate shrink across the facility.
• Guide and recommend programs that leverage data insights to strengthen security while preserving operational efficiency.
• Monitor behavior, investigate suspicious activity, and lead internal and external theft and fraud investigations with rigor and analytical precision.
• Identify opportunities to implement emerging security technologies and best practices that advance the facility's LP posture.

• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly LP reporting and metrics, holding yourself and the team accountable to measurable shrink reduction outcomes.
• Respond effectively and decisively in crisis situations, including workplace violence or active threats, ensuring associate safety is always the priority.
• Maintain 5S standards for department areas to support organization, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Prioritize workload, self-manage competing demands, and deliver consistent results in a fast-paced distribution environment.

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in loss prevention, security, or supply chain environments, with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
• Strong ability to prioritize, self-manage, and deliver results in fast-paced distribution or warehouse settings.
• Proven problem-solving, analytical, and conflict resolution skills, with experience leading internal and external theft and fraud investigations.
• Ability to respond effectively in crisis situations, including workplace violence or active threats.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interface with leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CCTV systems and exception reporting tools preferred.
• Wicklander-Zulawski certification preferred; LPQ/LPC certification preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays; ability to stand 8–10 hours daily, walk up to 10 miles per day, and lift up to 25 lbs. frequently.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or 3–5 years of equivalent relevant work experience.
