Position Summary
The Game Production Supervisor, Local Media, is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the planning and execution of live NBA game broadcasts and related programming across assigned Local Media productions. Reporting to the Game Production Lead, this role translates overall production strategy and editorial direction into consistent, high-quality game broadcasts, providing day-to-day production leadership from pre-production through live event execution and post-production review.
Working closely with internal production teams, team and local broadcast partners, Studio Teams, Event Teams, Production Technology, Broadcast Engineering & Operations, Graphics, Programming, Distribution, Content Planning, and third-party vendors, the Game Production Supervisor ensures assigned productions meet established creative, editorial, technical, operational, and financial expectations.
This role serves as a leader for assigned games and markets, with primary responsibility for editorial execution, production quality, budget and schedule oversight, and effective coordination among internal and external partners, while escalating broader strategic, stakeholder, or resource decisions to the Game Production Lead as appropriate.
