The Oklahoma City Thunder is hiring part-time associates for the 2026-27 Season to assist with Live Production and Game Day Experience during home games! This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, ideal for anyone pursuing a career in professional sports.

In this role you will:

  • Assist in the production and implementation of in-game elements to create an energetic atmosphere, including contests, promotions, and presentations

  • Contribute to the planning, coordinating, and implementing game presentation elements for a seamless experience

  • Prepare and coordinate game presentation materials, such as props, prizes, and additional items, to ensure an engaging fan experience

  • Support team partnership relationships by coordinating market and in-arena promotional activities

  • Identify and select eligible participants for on-court contests and promotions, ensuring a fair and engaging experience for all fans

  • Provide scheduling and support for pre-game and halftime elements, including invocation, color guard, national anthem, and entertainment groups

  • Oversee game-day concourse setup and activation, managing the distribution of giveaways and programs to enhance the fan experience

  • Provide game-night support by assisting with the supervision of the Game Day Crew, fostering a positive team environment through effective leadership and leading by example

  • Help complete all group sales performance assets

  • Support and assist with special events such as season ticket member functions, grassroots marketing initiatives, playoff activities, and other projects as needed

  • Perform general office duties as applicable, including data entry, phone calls, copying, filing, etc.

  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Capability to work effectively under tight deadlines

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and customer service orientation

  • College course credit may be available upon request and with approval from your academic advisor

 

Additional details:

This is a part-time, hourly position reporting to the Manager, Live Production and Game Day Experience. The work schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the team’s season. This role requires a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation for local travel. Physical demands may include lifting up to 50 pounds, working in high-noise environments, and standing or walking for extended periods, sometimes up to 10 hours per shift.
