Join the Thunder Girls dance team and become part of a dynamic group of outstanding athletes who embody the spirit of the Oklahoma City Thunder! Our members are skilled dance artists, making a positive impact at games and community events. Schedules will include performing choreographed dance routines at home games as well as making scheduled appearances throughout the community including schools, court dedications, festivals, and other events! Select Thunder Girls may also travel domestically and internationally for appearances and promotions. If you're hardworking, outgoing, and ready to shine in front of crowds, we want you on our team!
This is a part-time, hourly position reporting to the Performance Teams Manager. The work schedule and training require evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the home game schedule and additional scheduled appearances. You must be at least 18 years of age as of 07/25/2026 with a valid government issued photo I.D. Work environment will include loud music and crowd noise as well as flashing or strobe lights. Physical requirements of the job include dancing in various styles, climbing stairs, bending and twisting as well as walking or standing for long periods of time. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required along with reliable transportation.
