JOB SUMMARY:
Rock Entertainment Group is seeking a highly skilled and creatively driven Jr Producer, Digital Videography to lead the development, execution, and evolution of video content across Cleveland Cavaliers and Cavs Care social platforms. This role will drive the overall video strategy for each basketball season, exploring emerging trends, identifying innovative editing techniques, and shaping best-in-class storytelling that strengthens the Cavaliers’ brand and deepens fan engagement.
The Jr Producer, Digital Videography will guide all phases of production—from concepting to filming to post-production—and ensuring high-quality visual storytelling that reflects the excitement of each season. This role requires a forward-thinking creator who is constantly researching new technologies, platforms, and creative trends. The ideal candidate will contribute significantly to major organizational moments including City Edition launches, special uniforms, All-Star, Playoffs, and other tentpole campaigns.
To be successful, this leader must proactively build strong relationships across Basketball Operations, Creative, Marketing, Community Impact, Corporate Partnerships, and additional internal groups to bring collaborative video concepts to life.
