Our 9-12 month Inside Sales program is a foundational program focused on hiring, training, and developing future standouts in ticket sales. You will receive details and comprehensive sport sales training with a strong focus on developing the skills vital to become an industry sales leader.
Our leadership team is committed to developing sales executives on both a personal and professional level, while exposing you to the most comprehensive training regime in all of sports. The program provides a courtside seat to the business of sports and will allow top performing sales representatives internal and external opportunities to advance their sports careers.
This is a part-time role based in Inglewood, CA and is not eligible for benefits. Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high profile concerts, NBA games, and special events. Typical work hours will be from 8:30am-5:30pm. Reps earn hourly wages and will have commission and bonus opportunities.
