In-Seat Attendant

Pay Details:

The starting hourly rate for this position is $19.00 per hour.

The In-Seat Attendant is responsible for quality, hospitality, and customer service.  In-Seat Attendant works hand in hand with the In-Seat Pantry Coordinator, Bartenders, and Servers. In-Seat Attendants are responsible for the timely execution and accurate delivery of quality food and beverage items to seating locations around the Club Level. The In-Seat Attendant works with their counterparts to help maintain food quality, monitor hold times, and ensure the safety/sanitation standards of the department. Attendants are to assist with any other task the Food & Beverage Management team requests. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Help to prep and prepare the In-Seat Pantry for service 

  • Stay up to date on of food and beverage menu items and accompaniments

  • Help monitor and follow safe alcohol policies and procedures.

  • Inform the In-Seat Supervisor/Manager of any guest issues or needs.

  • Deliver guest orders in a timely manner to the correct location

  • Be visible and ready to assist guests as needed, as well as direct guests to correct personnel for non-Food & Beverage related questions   

  • Be comfortable with the arena and know how to navigate personally, as well as assist guests

  • Help maintain and ensure excellent customer service

  • Assist the Pantry Coordinator in the In-Seat kitchen with expediting guest orders

  • Work with counterparts of operation to ensure event standards of service are reached. 

  • Follow, adhere, and practice the Safety and Sanitation standards set forth by the Food & Beverage Department, including but not limited to social distancing and use of face mask/covering when in common areas, presence of guests, and where social distancing is not possible 

  • Use of gloves when handling guest food or beverage 

  • Clean and sanitize high-contact surfaces that arefrequently used by guests and fellow employees 

  • Frequently wash hands, regardless of the use of gloves 

  • Support any other Food & Beverage departments as needed

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors and/ or managers

Skills 

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. 

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Ability to multi-task 

  • Strong attention to detail and proven customer service skills. 

  • Exceptional organization and prioritization are a must.    

  • Schedule flexibility and availability. 

  • Must be able to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures. 

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience 

Education - High School Diploma or Equivalent 

Experience Required - 0-1 Year
