GROWTH ANALYST

The Role.

We’re hiring a Growth Analyst to help grow Onyx through creators, influencers, streamers, affiliates, and digital partnerships.

You’ll identify partners whose audiences align with Onyx, build relationships, launch campaigns, and turn those partnerships into measurable customer growth. That could mean finding the right sports creator, structuring an affiliate deal, coordinating a live stream around a major event, or helping a partner create content that gets people talking and trading.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands internet culture, communicates naturally with creators, and knows how to turn a promising relationship into a high-performing partnership.

What You’ll Own:

• Identify and recruit creators, influencers, affiliates, and digital communities across sports, trading, crypto, gaming, and culture.
• Build and manage an active partner pipeline through consistent outbound outreach.
• Pitch Onyx, negotiate terms, and move partnerships from initial outreach through launch.
• Coordinate sponsored content, affiliate placements, promotional campaigns, and major-event activations.
• Manage campaign assets, referral links, promotional codes, timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
• Track acquisition, conversion, deposits, trading activity, retention, and ROI.
• Analyze which partners, platforms, and campaigns drive the highest-quality customers.
• Partner with brand, design, data, compliance, and customer experience to launch campaigns.
• Ensure partner content and promotions meet brand and compliance requirements.
• Build the systems and playbooks needed to scale Onyx’s partnership program.

You’ll Do Well Here If You:

• Are organized, persistent, and comfortable with high-volume outreach and follow-up.
• Communicate naturally and build relationships quickly.
• Understand creators, online communities, and authentic partnership content.
• Have strong commercial instincts and are comfortable negotiating terms.
• Can manage multiple campaigns, relationships, and deadlines.
• Use performance data to determine what to scale, improve, or stop.
• Bring ownership, urgency, creativity, and sound judgment.
• Have a genuine interest in sports, prediction markets, trading, crypto, or internet culture.

Even Better If You Have:

• Experience in creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, business development, or performance marketing.
• An existing network of creators, streamers, sports personalities, or talent managers.
• Worked at a consumer app, sportsbook, gaming, fintech, crypto, or creator platform.
• Managed CPA, revenue-share, referral, or affiliate programs.
• Launched campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, X, Discord, Whop, DubClub, or Winible.
• Experience with attribution tools, promotional codes, campaign reporting, or regulated advertising.

Location:

• This role is based in our NoHo, Manhattan office, with core in-office days Tuesday through Thursday. Some campaigns may require availability around major sporting events or live activations.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Onyx is unable to provide employment sponsorship for this position.

Compensation and Benefits:

• The anticipated base salary range for this position is $65,000–$100,000, depending on experience, impact, and scope, plus target bonus and equity.
